Tie - Point Geoscience (TPG) was formed in 1999 and is now a leading international geological consultancy, specialising in stratigraphic palynology, micropalaeontology, calcareous nannofossils,  sequence stratigraphy and wellsite biostratigraphy with experience in almost every explored petroleum province worldwide.

TPG established its own palynological processing laboratory in 2001 with hot-shot and routine preparations undertaken to the highest industry standards.

With our associates, who are work colleagues of many years standing from multiple  integrated projects, we provide a full range of office based and wellsite geoscience services, including Geochemistry, Sedimentology and Chemical Stratigraphy.

Our people are all internationally recognised experts in their fields, with post-graduate qualifications in their chosen disciplines and 15 - 20+ years experience with multinational operators or major consultancies. We maintain an interest in staying at the leading edge of current knowledge in our individual areas of expertise, with regular research contributionss to peer review with academic journals, thematic conferences, industry seminars and field excursion itineraries.
